Ingredients
Ghee/Clarified butter - 1 tablespoon
Hari Mirch/Green Chili - 1, chopped
Mung Bean/Green Gram sprouts - 1/2 cup
Paneer/Cottage cheese cubes - as required
Salt - to taste
Bread - 2, slices
Cheese slice - 1
Tamatar/Tomato - 1/2, chopped as required
Chaat Masala - 1 pinch
Butter - as required
Peanuts/Mungfali - 1/2 cup, soaked

Instructions
1.In a pan, heat ghee/clarified butter. Then, add the chopped green chili, mung bean sprouts and mix well. Add the paneer cubes. Saute well for 5 seconds.
2.Now, turn off the flame. Then add salt to taste and mix well, the sandwich filling is ready. On a tray place two bread slices. On one bread slice place a cheese slice.
3.On the cheese slice place the sandwich filling all over it. And then place the chopped tomato and sprinkle chaat masala over it.
4.On the second bread slice, apply butter as required and place it over the bread with filling. Grease the sandwich maker with butter and keep the sandwich in it.
5.Allow it to cook and grill. Once done, cut it into two half pieces and serve with soaked peanuts.
6.The Paneer Sprouts Sandwich is ready to serve.

Tips and suggestions by the Chef:-
Soak the mung bean/green gram during the daytime. At night, drain out it’s water and tie in a muslin cloth. The mung bean sprouts will be ready.
You can take bread of your choice. Or you can even make a roti roll with the sandwich filling.
After chaat masala, you can sprinkle red chili flakes also.
Use ghee/clarified butter in place of butter for grilling the sandwich.
You can use regular pan for grilling the sandwich, in place of sandwich maker.
