Egg Salad Sandwich, a simple and delicious bite
Recipe
3 eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1/2 lemon juiced
1 minced garlic clove
Salt and Pepper
1 Croissant
2 teaspoons capers
Method
Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Heavily salt the water and bring it to a boil then cover, turn
off the heat, and cook for 9 minutes. Place in an ice bath. Remove the shell. Place in a bowl and mash with a fork, add the next 5 ingredients, and mix well. Toast the croissant. Top it with the egg salad. Garnish with capers. Enjoy!
