The aim of the video is to offer the insight view about the Job Description significance as tool of Management used by Human Resource Department in concerned with hiring the candidate for Housekeeping Department in a hotel.
Job Description is one of the powerful management tools for hiring the candidate by the Human Resource Department with the vision “Right Person, at the Right Time, at the Right Place.”While designing the Job Description by the Human Resource by keeping the considering the vision for Housekeeping staffing.
