As much as I already been saying about how important the food is and what role it plays in proper metabolism of the body, this conversation never gets old and with each new client or group of clients I go through very detailed explanation how exactly I built my meal plan to make sure body receives proper nutrition to recover or grow muscles, and at the same time take body fat under control. However the whole idea of clean eating is to make sure that body doesn’t receive any inflammatory food and has chance to clear up its systems.
