Baguette bread = 7 slices

Olive oil = just drizzle
Thyme = a sprinkle
Spinach:
Olive oil
Chop garlic = 10 gms
Spinach = 100gms
Salt
Pepper.
Prawns:
Olive oil
Chop garlic = 10 gms
Chili flakes = small pinch
Shrimps = 100 gms
Salt
Pepper
Lemon zest = 5gms
Lemon juice = 5gms
Chop parsley = 5gms
Chorizo:
Olive oil
Chop garlic = 10gms
Chorizo = 100gms
Chop basil = 5 gms
Paprika = small pinch
Poached eggs:
Water = small pot
Vinegar = 20 ml
Salt
Eggs = 3 pcs
Cook 3 to 4 mins.
Smoke salmon = 100gms
Assembling:
Toast
Spinach in all the toast
Avocado slices in all the toast
2 with chorizo
2 with shrimps
3 with smoke salmon
Poached eggs alternatively for variance.
Toasted walnuts in shrimps
Toasted almonds in salmon
Toasted macadamia in chorizo.
